Fixture: Swansea (H)

Price: £4.8

Huddersfield’s chain of easy, 2-rated FDR fixtures starts this week as they face Swansea at the Kirklees Stadium. Before their defeat against Spurs, the team managed to defeat fellow relegation strugglers West Bromwich Albion and Bournemouth, scoring 4 past the latter; and these results will go on to prove extremely crucial in the relegation battle. The Dutch midfielder scored in both the games, as his presence up the pitch has improved this season, using his dribbling skills and flexible movement to his strengths.

He collected 19 points in the past 3 games, including 3 bonus points against WBA, which was his first set of bonus points this season. With Huddersfield’s dismal record against the top teams this season, their string of easy fixtures would be perfect for them to steer clear of the relegation zone, and they’ll probably be in full form against them, with Van La Parra playing an influential part in the run ahead. Costing a meagre £4.8, he can easily make a place in your team along with top guns.

Fixture: Brighton (H)

Price: £5.6

Everton get a massive injury boost ahead of this game as vice-captain and full back Leighton Baines is back from a long-term injury and is expected to start against Brighton this week. The blame on Everton’s dicey form this season can partly be blamed on an unstable defence, but now with the return of the experienced full back, who also poses an attacking threat, the defence might become less shaky and confidence can be restored. Baines collected 19 points the last 2 times he completed 90 minutes, which will be positive news for Sam Allardyce as he looks to secure an easy win against Brighton, who are themselves in form. A £5.6 who can get clean sheet points, is a proven goalscorer, provides deadly crosses and is a set-piece taker can pay off really well against Brighton providing he gets the much-needed energy levels to give it a go.

Fixture: Southampton (H)

Price: £4.7

Considering his form this season, it’s still a surprise how he is available for just £4.7, and Newcastle’s form this season shouldn’t decide his calibre as a defender, who has been impressive this season. The captain faces an easy Southampton side this week, who are poor up ahead and aren’t fancied to score against their opponents this gameweek. Lascelles, who has already issued a warning to Southampton that they will have a proper go against their relegation rivals; will be a deciding factor in the result, and he’ll take inspiration from his performance against Manchester United 2 gameweeks ago to be a solid presence at the back, while keeping others around him in sync too. Oh, and he loves to venture up ahead during set pieces, so look out for this one!
