Everton made an £8 million bid for Jordan Pickfrod only for the Black Cats to reject the bid and claim the keeper’s valuation is £30 million, reports The Mirror. Chelsea close in on Monaco midfielder as Manchester United monitor Nemanja Matic

Chelsea are in talks with Monaco over signing defensive midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko with the price said to be around £42 million, reports The Independent.

Antonio Conte is looking to strengthen his squad with the Champions League also looming over the club next season, however brining in Bakayoko could see Matic move to Manchester United. The Serbian is keen to reunite with former Jose Mourinho.
