WWE Payback Predictions: Who will win and why!

WWE's RandyOrton in action

WWE Payback is coming up in a few days and this the first pay-per-view after the Superstar Shakeup. This will see the final clash of the old feuds before the stars settle down into their new brands and roles.
1. Enzo and Cass vs Gallows and Anderson

Prediction: Enzo and Cass – The match is on the preshow, and usually, the faces tend to win on the preshow. Enzo and Cass need this win.

2. Kevin Owens vs Chris Jericho [United States Championship]

Prediction: Kevin Owens – Kevin Owens will win this match as Chris Jericho is leaving WWE for a little while after the pay-per-view and him win makes no sense.
3. Neville vs Austin Aries [WWE Cruiserweight Championship]

Prediction: Austin Aries – Austin Aries will win the title, as Neville has built up the title and had a Wrestlemania moment. Now Austin Aries needs to win to continue looking like a legitimate threat, otherwise, he will look inadequate.
4. Sheamus and Cesaro vs The Hardy Boys [WWE Raw Tag Team Title]

Prediction: The Hardy Boys – The Hardy Boys just won the titles at Wrestlemania, and them losing the titles so fast after their debut makes no sense, and will make them look weak.
5. Seth Rollins vs Samoa Joe

Prediction: Samoa Joe – Samoa Joe has not won any big matches after debuting. This will be the perfect moment to hand Samoa Joe a win so as to not make him look weak.

6. Bayley vs Alexa Bliss [WWE Women’s Title]

Prediction: Bayley – Bayley will retain the title as she is heading towards a Sasha and Bayley feud leading to the Summerslam pay-per-view. Alexa will have a good try, but Sasha will interfere helping Bayley to win much to Bayley’s surprise.

7. Randy Orton vs Bray Wyatt [House of Horrors]

Prediction: Bray Wyatt – Bray Wyatt needs this win. Now that the title is not involved, Wyatt will win this match, as Randy has nothing to lose. This will also bring this feud finally to an end.

8. Braun Strowman vs Roman Reigns

Prediction: Roman Reigns – Braun Strowman deserves to and should win, going by the momentum he has. But he is up against the Company darling, Roman Reigns. He will end up most probably losing clean as is the norm for anyone who faces Reigns in a match.
