The papers are making plenty of headlines this Sunday morning. The rumours include a return to the Premier League for Steven N’Zonzi, MLS deal for Zlatan, James Rodriguez reuniting with his former Real Madrid boss, West Ham to offload a striker to bring in Daniel Sturridge and another Premier League club joins the race in pursuit of signing Joe Hart.
Chelsea and Manchester City lead race for Sevilla midfielder
Steven N’Zonzi has been poised for a return to the Premier League for a while now and many big name clubs are expected to be in attendance at the King Power Stadium to witness the Frenchman in action as Sevilla take on Leicester in the Champions League on Tuesday night, reports The Mirror. Chelsea and Manchester City lead the race and will need to activate the player’s £25 million escape clause if they look to snap up a deal for the player.
MLS deal for Zlatan Ibrahimovic
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been offered around £15 million a season to quit the Premier League and join MLS side LA Galaxy, reports The Express. The deal would make Zlatan the highest paid player in MLS history, the current highest is Kaka who is paid £5.9 million a year.
Manchester United want the Swedish international to stay on for another season, but the player’s agent Mino Raiola wants a two-year deal for the player which goes against the Red Devils policy of offering players over the age of 30 anything more than a one-year deal.

Bayern chief said to bring James Rodriguez to the Allianz Arena
Carlo Ancelotti brought James Rodriguez to the Bernabeu and now is keen to re-unite with the Colombian by trying to strike up a deal with Real Madrid for the player, reports Spanish outlet Marca. The report adds the deal offered by the Bavarian side is something the Colombain would jump at which is a blow for Manchester United and Chelsea who are also said to be interested in the player’s signature.
West Ham to offload a striker to bring in Daniel Sturridge
West Ham are ready to sell Andy Carroll and replace him with Daniel Sturridge in the summer, reports the Daily Star. Andy Carroll was a target for three Chinese clubs in the last window for around £32 million and if the Hammers get that fee in the summer they would get the deal done. Slaven Bilic is looking to change the style of play at the club and sees Sturridge as the perfect fit; the Hammers are willing to pay up to £25 million for the English international whose injury-hit career has put his Anfield future in further doubt.
Southampton have joined race for Joe Hart
Southampton have joined the race for Manchester City outcast Joe Hart amid fears Fraser Forster could leave the club, reports The Sun. Everton are said to be interested in Fraser Forster enough to create panic at the St. Mary’s regarding their goalkeeper’s future, and they are prepared to sign Joe Hart who has spent the season on loan in Italy with Torino as Guardiola believes he isn’t good enough for Manchester City.
