The much-awaited 10th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will start on 5th April with the player auction taking place on February 20, 2017. As many as 351 players will test their fate including 122 international players. One of the main attractions of the 2017 IPL auction is the inclusion of six players from Associate nations.
The highest base price is Rs 2 crore, seven players including Indian fast bowler Ishant Sharma have got the nod in the top bracket for the auction. England's Ben Stokes, Eoin Morgan, Chris Woakes, Australia's Mitchell Johnson, Pat Cummins and Sri Lankan Angelo Mathews are the 6 foreign players with a base price of Rs 2 crore.

England has three players in the top base price bracket including limited-overs skipper Eoin Morgan, all-rounder Ben Stokes and Chris Woakes.
